Tracking Your Order
In addition to your Order Confirmation email, a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email. The link will also be available in your order history.
Please note that while we take all care to send packages as quickly as possible, we cannot control delays which may be incurred in your local customs office on entry to your country.
You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. If you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified, please contact us.
Considering the fact that we deal in essential oils, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Cancellation of orders are allowed only before order is dispatched on our discretion.
In case you are not satisfied with our supplies, you may ask for refund of your payment. However, the refund will be subject to our acceptance of your request.
